Uganda
is not known for its shopping, but some local handicrafts are
available, including musical instruments, wood carvings, woven
goods and pottery. The best selections are found in Kampala.
If you see something you like, buy it - you may not see it again
anywhere else.

pm.
The Markets of Kampala: Visitors cannot afford to miss visiting
the Nakasero fruit and vegetable market or the Owino market
in Nakivubo Place or Kampala dwellers and visitors, shopping
has never been exciting than it is now.
A modern shopping mall - Shoprite has opened on Ben Kiwanuka
Street (formerly South Street). It's ambience, spacious park
yard and stock of variety of goods makes Shoprite the most convenient
